About TLI Global
A family business from Grafschaft, since 2018. We are the bridge between European manufacturers and industry in Kazakhstan and Central Asia – procurement, logistics and industrial services from a single source.
Our origins
TLI Global was founded in 2018 in Grafschaft in the Rhineland. Its founders are no newcomers: they bring many years of industrial-trade experience – from before the company was founded, with proven contacts to European manufacturers.
From this experience came a clear observation: industrial companies in Kazakhstan and Central Asia need European components, spare parts and complete plants – but the route there is fragmented. Many manufacturers, many customs formalities, many languages. We made this corridor our mission.
As a family-run company we work in an agile, transparent way with short decision paths. When you contact us, you talk to people who decide – not to a hold loop.
How we work
A partner, not a middleman
We take on the entire procurement process – and carry responsibility for it all the way to arrival.
One point of contact
The complete purchasing process runs through one pair of hands: from the parts list through sourcing from several manufacturers to consolidated delivery. You do not coordinate – we do.
Cleanly documented
Export control, sanctions screening and customs clearance are not the exception here but the standard. Every shipment is traceably documented – exactly as cross-border trade demands.
Beyond delivery
Our work does not end at arrival. We support after-sales and localisation so that European technology keeps running on site for the long term.

Our headquarters and consolidation warehouse are in Grafschaft – conveniently located between Bonn and Cologne.

Close to Bonn and Cologne, with fast access to the A61 motorway. From here we bundle shipments from European manufacturers for transport towards Central Asia.
Location & access
Right on the A61 motorway (Gelsdorf exit) — Bonn in around 20 minutes, Cologne in around 45. Short routes for inbound deliveries and consolidation.
